PJ8 - Nice View One Bed Room

Everything worked efficiently, and the building staff were very polite, though not all of them know English. The apartments have a modern layout and interior, and are very well designed. 10/10, I’d definitely go again. I have no issues whatsoever with the place.

The common facilities are decent, and the management office and maintenance staff are helpful, decent people. But many units in the service residents are run down. The developer, IJM, took shortcuts in the tiling, which was very shoddily done, and the soundproofing between floors is poor, with thin floors. Parking access, especially to B2 and B3, is very tight for bigger cars. B3 is practically a ghost town, with no mobile reception or emergency intercom etc.

A secure and comfortable place to stay, and the service apartment is beautiful and well maintained. It’s easy to get to the LRT, taxi, KL rapid bus service, super market, money exchange center, banks, restaurants, parks, and shopping complex.

The location is handy, especially being just across from the PJ Hilton, a landmark. New town is within walking distance for the able bodied. The apartment is particularly good for a small family, with two large double bedrooms and a spacious lounge. There’s a swimming pool in the building too.
