The location is extremely convenient, but the apartment’s maintenance is very disappointing. The lifts keep breaking down, and if both stop working, you have to use one in another block. The stairs down to the basement are locked, so there’s no other way that I could use. Basement parking regularly floods in heavy rain, and if you’re unlucky your assigned spot may fill with floodwater. Some security doors, including the ones at LG4, don’t work properly. There are enough security guards, but they don’t seem to care when people smoke in the lobby. For a studio with upkeep this poor, I honestly wouldn’t pay more than 1k a month. If you’re considering renting, try negotiating.

I’ve been here nearly a year, and the management changed in July 2025. I don’t like the new team because they just ignore the problem I had. The location is convenient, with RapidKL buses and easy access to the MRT, plus plenty of kedai makan nearby. The lift works well most of the time, though it sometimes has issues. The parking area is often dark, with some lights not working. So far, living here has been quite okay. I found my Block C studio with no separate room on PropertyGuru for RM1200.

I lived there for a year. The location was great, with lots of shops nearby for everyday essentials, and both the MRT station and a shopping mall were within walking distance. The building and facilities were fairly okay.

The joint management is the worst. They’re unprofessional and don’t take responsibility for helping tenants. I emailed, texted, and called, but got no reply for weeks.
