The guards are friendly and do their jobs well. There are plenty of facilities too, including two pools, a ping pong table, badminton and tennis courts, a gym, and a sauna. Good condo.

It’s a large residence, with what seems like plenty of parking on the grounds. There’s a swimming pool, and the building has 23 floors. It may be about 280 m long. Seems like a good place to live.

Casa Tropicana is a really nice place. We handled an electrical issue there, replacing a power socket. Highly recommended.

Every morning at 8:00, there’s loud shouting. Someone brings students in every day and they shout a lot, using the residents’ free facilities for business and disturbing everyone.

The flats feel roomy and modern. Some independent restaurants in this area, though, charge premium prices.
