The quick service really stood out: I called for mineral water and it arrived in five minutes. They also let us check in early. The receptionist, UDA, I think that was her name, was welcoming and friendly, and the guard, Pak cik, was super friendly too. The apartment was great for two people, with lots of space, a big balcony, clean rooms, toiletries, and a kitchen stove. The air-conditioning was cold, quiet, and especially nice. Parking was limited, but we found a spot easily in the basement, and the beach was an easy three-minute walk. Better than a five-star hotel for me!

I stayed with my family for a few days. I was disappointed to learn that the hotel has no parking for people with disabilities or wheelchair users. We checked with the staff, who confirmed that no wheelchair parking is provided.

For a sea view, ask for a higher floor in Block C. There's a pool with slides and two pools for children. The room was nice, though Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and the air-conditioning in one room wasn't working. The staff were helpful and upgraded our room.

This was our third check-in. The rooms have been renovated and the breakfast options are good for reasonable prices. One issue: water leaked from the bathroom and left the bedroom carpet wet. They gave us an air blower to dry it, but it wasn't enough. The hotel needs to find a solution. Otherwise, it was okay for me.

I didn't get the sea-view room I wanted, but my room was nice and clean, with good air-conditioning and a little view of the sea. I was happy with the receptionists too. Kalaivani and Hiza or Fiza, the petite one wearing a tudung, were humble and always smiling.
