Getting around is easy since Sunway Lagoon Hotel connects straight to Sunway Pyramid Mall, so you can reach shops and restaurants without going outside. There’s a Starbucks by reception, and the morning buffet has local and international choices. It also works well for families. Sunway Lagoon and the swimming pool are right nearby for the kids, and there are two Masjids close to the hotel, including Masjid Al-Husna. The price is affordable for a stay with a mall, theme park, and lots of amenities all close at hand.

The room was tidy and clean, and it’s close to both the mall and water park. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks especially to Ms. Yukiko at the front desk and the man who dispatched the vehicle. They were very kind and helped our family sort out a late airport transfer driver.

We spent two weeks there recently, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The bell boys were a big help with all our luggage, and the pool supervision staff always greeted us with a smile. It’s a good spot if you’re planning to spend several days at Sunway Pyramid Mall and Lagoon Water Park.

Suttha, I believe that was his name, was so patient and took the time to help me with an urgent problem during my work stay. It wasn’t even related to the hotel, but the concierge gentleman went above and beyond. Thank you! Staying at the Sunway Lagoon Hotel is always relaxing.
