My family and I felt warmly welcomed and treated like valued family members during our February 24 to 26 stay. We also appreciated the information shared about the hotel’s business and membership programs. Ms. Cheryl and Mr. Terence, the Duty Manager, were especially helpful and attentive. The Front Office team is well-trained, professional, and capable. I noticed the guest before me seemed genuinely happy too, and I can see why the hotel gets so many positive reviews. The resort suites look outdated, and my stay was a bad experience. On the first night, around 11 pm, the power tripped because the air conditioner was leaking, so I had to move rooms. The replacement room had no couch for my son to sleep on. There were three of us, but we only got two bath towels for the rest of the stay and had to call each time for another. On the second last day, my key card wouldn’t open the room in the evening, so I had to go down to the concierge to get it fixed. The washing machines, dryers, and gym were pluses. I’ve stayed at Sunway Resort Hotel before and would stay there again on my next visit.

Izan and Iqmal made us feel comfortable with their friendly, excellent service. The check-in and checkout were smooth too. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of two adults and three children, so it’s a great place for a family stay. Great accommodation and superb staff at Sunway Hotel. 100/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Whenever I come to Subang, I stay at Sunway Pyramid hotel. It’s one of my favourites, with clean, comfortable rooms and good service. I especially want to commend Timothy Leo at the front desk. He always helps with my reservations and is efficient, helpful, and courteous. I love the breakfast buffet too, and look forward to coming back soon.
