The location is the strong point. Sunway Mentari Business Park has just about everything within walking distance, from fast food, pawnshops, pharmacies and grocery shops to Mr. Diy, ECO shop, local cuisine and a bar. There's abundant parking in front of the hotel. The lobby hit me with a musty smell as soon as I walked in. The first two rooms I was assigned had bad air-conditioning, but luckily the third one worked. The bed, cleanliness and bathroom were all just okay. I'd say it's suitable for an overnight business stay.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and overall it was good, though the smell in the room wasn't great. What made the stay for me was the staff, who were so helpful and friendly. I'd like to return one day. I don't often give five stars, but this hotel deserves it. Many other hotels don't have staff this professional and friendly.

I stayed for one night and couldn't sleep because of the heavy cigarette smoke smell. I complained to the receptionist, but they didn't offer another room and gave me air freshener instead. Disappointed with how they handled it.

The cleaning service wasn't good, the door lock wasn't good either, and there was no soundproofing. Too many problems. I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples.

A budget hotel in Mentari Business Park with basic facilities and free WiFi. There are places nearby like McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, Texss Fried Chicken, a petrol station, an ATM, and a shopping mall. It's connected to major highways, with major suburbs nearby and KL city centre only a few minutes away.
