The corridors had a strong moldy odor, so it seemed the issue might extend beyond one room. The room itself smelled foul too, and there was visible mold covering the walls. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were extremely dirty and smelled bad. They looked as though they hadn’t been properly changed or cleaned in a long time, and the bed felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. I’d ask the owner or management to spend one night in the room and walk through the hotel to experience these conditions firsthand. The property needs urgent attention to cleaning, maintenance, and basic hygiene. Until those problems are fixed, I can’t recommend it to anyone. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

There are 24-hour KK Super Mart and myNEWS downstairs, which is the one advantage. The parking costs a lot, and the place next door isn’t worth it. The photos gave me the wrong impression: the lighting is dim, it wasn’t as good as I expected, and the air conditioner barely cools. Outside, there was a strong drain smell. Not a good experience.
We had a short stay, my husband and I. The rooms were nice and the lights were good, and the TV is an Android TV. But the rooms were dusty, so please vacuum before guests arrive, and the bathrooms are very narrow. The place needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. There are plenty of shops nearby, making food, groceries, and transportation easy to find. It was okay overall, but still needs lots of improvement. Thank you, and God bless.
The service has been awful. The front desk receptionist didn’t know what to recommend for parking and spoke poor English. The cleaning staff didn’t seem to be doing their jobs. When we asked about the pillows, they said, "idk what to do." They eventually brought new pillows and sheets, but the service was still very poor. I’m dreading the stay and have two nights left. I just hope the next few days go smoothly, then I’m out. I’m never booking a hotel like this again. I regret not researching the place and reading reviews before booking a 4 day 3 night trip. There’s no parking included, so you pay by the hour like at a mall. Government parking outside is almost always full, and I had to circle the block several times. The room is terrible. Some parts look clean at first, but closer inspection shows otherwise. The bathroom heater doesn’t get very hot, the hair dryer doesn’t work, the TV volume doesn’t work, and the supposedly new towels were wet. Worst of all, the pillows hadn’t been changed and smelled awful, like a toddler’s dirty pillow or someone had died. The AC vent also has a weird smell.
I barely slept that night. The pillows were moldy and smelled rotten, and the floor was dirty. The room itself looked ugly and frightening. I was only there for one night, thankfully, and I wouldn’t recommend going there. Finding reception was confusing. A sign said the lobby was on the 6th floor, so I went up to check in, but found a deserted-looking room with messy chairs and tables, like a haunted house. As a woman, I felt genuinely scared. After wandering around for a long time, I finally found the receptionist. She had left the door closed and said she was “closed” until 3 pm. I’d planned to leave my bag, but the place looked so bad that I didn’t trust it.
