Parking in the building isn’t free, so you have to pay or leave your car outside, roadside or alongside the building, at your own risk. The room was generally acceptable but not well maintained. The check-in experience was strange and creepy, with no hotel lobby, and the L11 corridor was dirty and dark because the lights weren’t working properly. We arrived at midnight and spent 45 minutes trying to find the entrance. You have to go in through Qliq Hotel. It’s a shared service building, with some floors used by Qliq Hotel, some by De Elements, and others by confinement services. We found a number to call through Google Maps, then were given the PIC’s contact and told to go to L11 to check in. Bad experience overall. At this price, you can definitely find a better hotel. This place shouldn’t call itself a hotel.

The room itself was poorly maintained, with stains all over the wardrobe, bed, and sofa. I later found out that some floors, including level 11, are run by a different management group that calls itself 'de elements business hotel', while the rest belong to 'Qliq Hotel'. That would explain a lot. I booked online under the name 'de elements business hotel damansara', but the actual building is called 'Qliq Hotel Damansara'. The building seems run down and isn’t properly maintained. I had to call the contact on my booking confirmation just to learn the building name, then they gave me another number for check-in. I was told to go to level 11, where there was no reception desk. The person checking me in actually lives in one of the rooms there. The hallway smelled bad and was dirty, with many lights out, so it felt dark and creepy. I found all this out during my two nights there.

Check-in was painfully slow. The staff took nearly an hour to give us a room, and they made us sign what felt like a thousand times first.

My account was charged straight away, but no booking confirmation came through. I booked today for 5ept to 6sept and still haven’t received a confirmation email or any booking details. Now I have to wait for booking.com to respond.
