The staff and service were good, and the room itself was okay. The water supply was inconsistent, though. It stopped for a while, then came back hot.

I was really disappointed by the room's condition. There were stains on the bed, so I wondered whether the sheets had been changed, and I spotted cockroaches and spiders in the corners. The washroom also had an electrical trip, which felt like a serious safety issue. It was noisy late into the night, making it hard to sleep or rest. For what I paid, I expected somewhere clean, safe, and quiet, and this stay fell well short. I hope management takes the hygiene, safety, and room maintenance complaints seriously.

The bed was really nice, but cockroaches coming up from the toilet drain made me very uncomfortable. The toilet ruined it.

The receptionist, the guy with long hair, was so helpful. Thank you, I really appreciated it 👍 Getting around took some effort. From MRT TTDI Deloitte, I had to walk to Starling first to use their bus facilities, though from MRT you can go anywhere. The walk felt too long and tiring. Still, if you're staying in PJ, it's a good choice.
