Shyam and Tanvir really stood out for their welcoming service. They were cheerful, quick to help, and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and the whole stay felt relaxed and smoothly managed. Kudos to the team for keeping things up to a high standard. We can’t wait to return.

For a peaceful, comfortable stay, I’d recommend Swing N Pillows. Shyam and Tanvir were especially helpful and committed to their work. They took their duties seriously and made sure guests were comfortable. Their polite, respectful manner and readiness to help made the experience more pleasant.

Didn’t expect much from a budget hotel, but check-in was easy and I was surprised they didn’t ask for the usual deposit, just a small amount by QR. The room was a good size, unlike the cramped rooms I’ve found at other budget places. The bed was comfy, everything looked newly renovated, and it was very clean. Two staff I met were polite and helpful. There’s a bidet toilet and aircon too. Worth my money, I’ll come back 🥰

After more than a month here, coming back to the hotel always lifts my mood. The whole team has been friendly and cheerful, and it started to feel like a home away from home. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. Saiam at the front desk is patient, approachable, and consistently gives great service. Rehad and Hila in housekeeping work very hard and do their jobs diligently. They’re always smiling when I see them, which adds a lovely touch. I’m also grateful to the young man at reception who wears glasses. I didn’t catch his name, but once, when there were no umbrellas at the desk, he lent me his own without hesitation. That small kindness meant a lot.
