The room wasn't ready for guests, with trash still in the bin and bed linen that looked used and messy. It felt unhygienic. The poor upkeep and lack of proper cleaning were very disappointing, and the overall cleanliness fell well below basic hotel standards. Housekeeping and quality control need major improvement. I wouldn't recommend staying here until that happens.

I paid more than RM150 for a windowless deluxe room, and it didn't feel worth it. There was no breakfast or coffee, and the service was really poor. The room itself was dirty, especially the toilet, where there were footprints on the floor. The shower door wouldn't close properly, the air conditioner was dusty, and the TV didn't work. It seemed like management didn't care about cleaning the toilet.

At RM115 for a room with two single beds, the price didn't make sense to us. There weren't any facilities provided, not even a water heater, toothbrush, coffee packets, or breakfast. The toilet was poorly maintained and unclean. I'd choose another budget hotel, and wouldn't recommend staying here even if you can't find another room. Look for nearby hotels instead.

The room was okay, though it didn't feel worth the money, and the location is near Giant supermarket, 3D art alive gallery, Burger King, 7D cinema, and Tesco. The worst part was the 7D cinema. Its equipment was broken and unusable, but the staff still let the game go ahead. We wasted our money and didn't have fun at all. After the first disappointing game, we refused to continue. The story they told about the place was much better than the real thing. What a liar! Overall, it wasn't really bad, but it wasn't good either.

Please don't stay here. The water heater didn't work, the air conditioning was dripping, the bath towels were rotten, and the room floor hadn't even been swept. Management didn't seem to care about the cleaners.
