The bungalow next door has karaoke, so expect to hear tone-deaf singing at night. At least it might scare away home intruders. This is an old bungalow converted into a resort home, basically opposite the popular teluk kemang beach area. The pool has a small slide that's great for kids, but it's covered by CCTV installed on the roof, which I thought was inappropriate. Getting in and out of the parking area is an adventure. Make sure you got an A+ for reverse driving during your test, or have a 360 camera in your car.

My family WhatsApp was on fire after I said we'd booked successfully, then the booking was cancelled. I paid the full 2k for CNY 2025, and later got a message saying the price had gone up and I needed to add 50% more. I understood peak dates would cost more and offered to accept a 20 to 30% increase, but that was denied and my money was refunded. The management should have revised the price earlier, so I don't think that was my fault. After the owner's reply: yes, I booked through a third party, but I also messaged you on WhatsApp at the number listed for this place. I asked about the swimming pool, and you asked whether I'd booked through a third party. That was the end of the conversation, with no further reply. Maybe if I hadn't messaged, nobody would have noticed and I could have stayed. So please don't tell me I should book directly. If that's the case, you shouldn't advertise on a third party platform either.

The owner was punctual and trustworthy, and the amenities were very good overall. The villa and pool were well maintained, and the garden bathroom was really useful for a quick wash after the beach or pool. The barbecue setup was great too. The interior felt a little small for a large group, especially the living and dining rooms, which weren't as big as the photos made them seem. The beach is about 2km away.

The house looked just like the pictures, with all the listed amenities provided. It was big, spacious, nicely decorated, and had a homely feel. Everything was clean and tidy, and every bedroom had air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. We had enough space in the living room for everyone to play cards, and cards were provided. The kids loved the pool, with an outside bathroom available for it. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend the house for a family gathering.
