I could hear the hotel management arguing loudly from my room, which made me uncomfortable and left me feeling there was no privacy. The staff were rude, and after calling someone they left me waiting out front for a long time. Really bad customer service. I don't recommend this place at all.

The noise was so bad I couldn't sleep at night. It sounded like a night market, and I could even hear sex sounds clearly in my room 🤣. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, just awful 😡.

The price is reasonable, and there's even a large penthouse-style room where family and friends can hang out. My room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a nice place to stay. I'll come back and book a room again. Thanks to Maha hotel management.

For a hotel in puchong, the price is the best. The rate is low and the quality is good.
