I’ve stayed here twice. The rooms are compact but neat, and they suit one person or a couple well. The people working there were kind and very nice. Just be ready to wrestle with the toilet door if nobody’s in there 🤣.

The location was great, with a nice nasi kantar restaurant next door, but the room itself was rough. It was 2am by the time we were exhausted. We’d booked a more expensive room, but it had a broken toilet seat, mold in every corner, and looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a year. The staff did manage to move us, though it was to a smaller bedroom. The bathroom window wouldn’t shut, and the room lock was broken. The rooms are old, the towels were stained, and the free coffee is only in the hotel lobby.

The manager from E Hotel offered us a special rate for our stay, which we really appreciated. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a truly satisfying stay.

Mr. Chandra really stood out during our stay at E Hotel Kulim. He was humble, professional, attentive, and handled guest requests easily, making people feel welcome and looked after. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxing feel throughout. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kulim.
