I was on the 21st floor for an eight-day stay, and the room facilities were good quality. My room looked out over the highway, with a clear view of IOI Mall. Getting around by public transport was very convenient, with a train station nearby and a shuttle bus stop right outside. Down on the lower ground, there's a 24-hour convenience store and a food court. I'd highly recommend staying here.
This condo is very run down, and the parking lot floods whenever there's heavy rain, so you have to be mentally prepared. I can't wait for the new development next to IoI mall-Wynn to be completed so I can move out.
It's a bit run down, but still acceptable for a stay. Traffic in the area isn't too bad. There's just one eatery at Skypod Residence, nasi kandar, but The Food Court Puchong Jaya is a six-minute walk away. IOI mall is close by too. I think you go down to the lobby and cross the overhead bridge.
Fees feel out of line with the quality. Water cuts happen often, the gym equipment stays broken without repairs, and maintenance is poor overall.
It's a nice place, but watch your step in the car park. It seems old and sometimes has too much water on the floor, so it can be slippery.
