The water heater was fine, and I liked having a water fountain on every floor. Staff were friendly, and breakfast arrived hot and usually at the time I requested.

I only needed a few hours to shower and nap before heading home, so I was really let down by the room. There was a strong mouldy smell, and the pillow smelled bad too. The toilet was filthy, with screws all out of place, and some lights were broken. The other good reviews had set a different expectation. A really disappointing stay.

For a budget hotel, the price felt reasonable and the access was easy. There's a mamak restaurant nearby, too. The room and toilet were clean, and the white bed sheet looked very clean. Staff were helpful and really friendly. I'd recommend it for the price, thanks.

I can't see how this place got a 4.5 rating. The room smelled disgusting as soon as I walked in, wasn't maintained, and there were cockroaches in the toilet. My one night there felt like hell. I also paid rm5 for tax at a 1-star place. My worst stay.

The hotel was comfortable and nice, and the price was affordable. The area around it seemed worry-free. Also, there's a mamak restaurant with really delicious food that's worth trying.
