The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to ask them for things. At a reasonable price, it's a good hotel. I think management has made some improvements. I'd stay again in future.

For a budget stay in Puchong, the price is quite affordable, so I'd still recommend it. The main drawback is the central air conditioning. Guests can't control the temperature or switch it off from the room, which caused me some issues.

The price was decent, but the cigarette smell was a serious problem. I moved to another room that seemed fine, then woke up coughing the next morning when the same smell came through the air vent. My clean clothes ended up smelling too. I suspect someone on staff may be smoking near the ventilation system. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. There's no breakfast or laundry service either.

The morning receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to treat a customer with respect. I don't know why management lets someone like that work there. If being disrespected at reception is what you want, stay here. For me, there's no chance of a return visit.

For an older hotel, it was well maintained, with a few unexpected basics: a minibar, towel, plastic water jug and a pot marked 1.5L, I think. Hot and cold filtered water was available too. Rooms allow smoking. The hotel faces the main road, opposite OCBC. Public parking is available, but you may need to buy a coupon, so check with the counter.
