I booked because early check-in was clearly listed as included. When I contacted the hotel to confirm, I was told there would be an extra fee, which didn’t match the booking details and was misleading. I tried calling again. Staff answered the second call, said only “hello,” then abruptly disconnected. They didn’t answer my later calls, and eventually contacted me only through Booking.com to sort it out. The early check-in issue was eventually resolved, but the poor communication and unprofessional handling of my questions made the experience frustrating. I chose not to go ahead with the stay, even though that meant no refund. I hope the property improves communication and gives guests accurate information.

The room was clean and okay, and the location is great, right in busy Putrajaya with lots of nearby shops. But the AC wouldn’t cool, even when set to 16°C, and the blower stayed slow on full speed. I cleaned the filter myself. The window curtains need cleaning too.

We had to visit a clinic for the bites after my friend woke up with bed bug bites on day two of our June 16-19, 2025 stay at Enclave Hotel. We were in a twin single room, and an inspection confirmed there were bed bugs. The hotel moved us promptly to another room that was bug-free after we reported it that evening, and I appreciate that response. Still, the incident left us worried about cleanliness. Enclave Hotel should arrange thorough pest control and regular inspections so other guests don't go through this.

I left feeling really disappointed. The receptionist was unprofessional, and the room was dirty, with bed bugs in the mattress. Guests shouldn't have to deal with that. Please take this seriously, improve the cleaning, and train staff in basic hospitality.

The floor was sticky as soon as I walked into the room, and it felt even worse when wet. I also noticed the TV still used cable. This is only the second hotel I've come across with that setup, since I'm used to a Smart TV or at least an Android TV box. Clean up the floor and it's a good hotel.
