The location is handy for the centre, shops and restaurants, and the place is clean. Each bed has a light and a plug. But for the price, I didn’t think it was worth it. You’re basically paying for a bed in a shared room, with no common living area. The rooms are split by female and male, but nobody mentioned that before arrival. The receptionist told me only when I got there, and was rude and generally unhelpful. Breakfast is just instant coffee or tea and toast with jam, served from 7 to 8 in the morning. The entrance is through a restaurant.

The staff were personable and went out of their way to help me arrange a taxi to the rail station. The facilities were clean, and the location near restaurants and the lakeside promenade worked well. Wonderful stay in Putrajaya for the price.

Sorry this comment is late. The room and bathroom were really clean, and I especially appreciated that shampoo was provided, so I didn’t need to bring my own. The price was appealing too. It’s a budget 'hotel' without feeling low quality. Recommended.

The receptionist was polite and helpful, and the price was really affordable. I stayed for one night at the end of July 2019. The place was neat and clean, close to some lovely spots in Cyberjaya. A big star from me, especially for solo travelers.

Ayer@8 is right beside the hostel, and there are lots of stalls around Presint 8, from restaurants to convenience stores. Healthcare and laundry are nearby too, which could be handy in an emergency. The owner and staff were so friendly, and the service was splendid. It was my first time in Presint 8, and I loved the lake view towards the Putrajaya government building, Masjid besi and Mellenium monument.
