On 08.03.25, I delivered a cake to someone living in this condo. It was easy to find, right next to IOI Mall, and the guards were polite and friendly. 👍🏽

A nice, gated community, with a good view of IOI city mall from the summing pool.

There were lots of vegetables to choose from, and nobody at the appartment was racist. My best freind asum and I had tasty food and a good time in the area. That's why I gave it 5 stars, so thanks to the people there.

Tenants should visit and check with current residents before renting here. Water shortages are common and come with no notice, and the water bill is high. The security system feels like a big lie, while the management and service are the worst. All the facilities are locked, and tenants have to put down RM50 to use the gym, library or even the rest room.
