The family room was not in good condition, and the TV had few channels and awkward controls. On the plus side, it's clean and well located beside KFC in the town center. The staff let us extend our time until 1 pm, and there's free Wi-Fi and a kettle. I'd give it 6.5/10.

I booked a family room online through Expedia but was given a twin room instead. It was cramped, with no windows and a small toilet. The water in the toilet ran very slowly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. There's no window, and the water flow is slow. The location is good, just behind KFC.

It's very clean, but the room is really small, so that's fine only if you don't mind a tight space. You're in the middle of everything, and the hotel attendant is friendly.

Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location in Ranau was convenient. Nice view too.
