If you need a place for just one night, maybe stay here, but I wouldn’t book for longer. There are plenty of nicer hotels nearby. Even at around RM60 a night, the room shouldn’t be in this state. A clean bed and toilet are the least people need, and I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with decent hygiene. The bed was rock hard, with a brick holding it up, and the pillow and sheet were stained. The TV didn’t work. Silverfish were everywhere, and the toilet stank badly, like someone had used it hours earlier. Flower fragrance did nothing. The sink leaked, water suddenly came through the tiles, and there was dust everywhere. The aircon worked well at first, but after a few hours it started making a noisy sound. Please do something about the room.

The aircon was dusty and noisy, though at least it still cooled the room. There was a TV, but no remote to turn it on. The toilet was spacious, but stained all over. Your choice.

I killed three cockroaches in one night, and one crawled on me while I was asleep. The carpet was dirty, and there was cockroach poop all over the sink. The bathroom wall had stains and mold. There were no toiletries or slippers, the TV didn’t work, and there was no remote for the aircon.

I understand we paid a budget price, but cleanliness should still be a priority. There was a lot of dust in the room, and the TV didn’t work. In the toilet, only the floor seemed clean. The walls, basin, and other surfaces had visible black spots, and the WC flush was broken. The receptionist also wasn’t very responsive when we called to let them know we’d be checking in late.

My stay was okay, but the room wasn’t. It looked totally different from the photos, and the bathroom was dirty. The AC and fan were both full of dust, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The wall light didn’t work, and neither did the TV cable channels, so we couldn’t watch any shows. When I told the reception counter about the room and dirty AC, the staff member said they didn’t have a maintenance person to handle that work.
