We only wanted a budget room because we checked in early in the morning and planned to leave at 9am, so we didn't want to spend more. But I couldn't stand the room and washroom. I've never seen anything like them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room was tidy, and the staff were friendly. A nice stay.

The location was really convenient, with a few restaurants and a Giant supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. Getting to the room meant using the stairs, but that didn't bother me. I booked one night through Agoda for work outstation and check-in went smoothly after paying a deposit. I'd seen bad reviews about Agoda bookings, but mine was all fine. The room was clean enough and the basic facilities were okay. No window, but the AC worked. There was no microwave or fridge. Fine for a day or two in a budget hotel, but I wouldn't stay longer.

Google shows this hotel's name as New Rawang Hotel, which is why I booked a night through Agoda. When I arrived, I was told the booking was for another nearby hotel. I tried to cancel, but this hotel's management refused to refund me. It wasn't my fault, and it's unfortunate they chose this easy way to make a profit. Shame on you.

It was tidy and decent for the amount I paid. You can't expect much.
