The price felt fair, but housekeeping needs work. Please clean under the bed too. Someone with OCD would probably get very bothered by what they saw there.

Manager Zura had no business card and took money from the float. I was told there'd be no extra time for a half-hour late checkout, and she said it was hotel policy right in front of the guest. She took RM 20 and asked a junior Malay male staff member to put it in her bag. The claim is RM 200 for 20 rooms per day. Police were on standby over a woman allegedly stealing hotel money.

There were lots of black ants, the toilet smelled a bit, and the TV had no channels. They still didn't bring a towel after I asked for one, even by morning. Worst hotel I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The ants were everywhere, even on the bed, and the plug points caused several short circuits. The toilet pipes were broken, so flushed waste came back onto the bathroom floor, and you might not notice until it starts to stink. The hygiene was terrible. We checked out the same day we arrived and stayed somewhere else.
