I couldn't sleep at night because music was playing upstairs and there was too much noise, with no respect for guests. The price is reasonable, but the noise made the stay disappointing.

The toilet was dirty, and both the air conditioner and water heater were broken. I asked to change rooms, but the front desk kept saying there wasn't another one available. I won't stay here again.

After traveling four hours, I spent two days bathing in cold water because the heater didn't work, and staff did nothing when I complained. The water clogged after one person showered, so the next two had to wait 30 minutes. The bathroom lock was broken, it wasn't clean, and the bedsheets smelled. There was also loud shouting and music outside the side room, with no action taken. Such careless staff. I've stayed in two star hotels without an experience like this. If you're traveling from far away, check the reviews and stars before booking, not just the price.

The bathroom was the worst part: water leaked everywhere, there was no toilet paper, and the towel was black, smelly, and disgusting. The room also smelled so bad as soon as I walked in that I felt sick. The pillow was yellowish and didn't look properly cleaned, while the mattress was so thin I could feel the metal springs in my back. The TV didn't work, and the dim lighting made the room feel gloomy. This was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the money.
