The Leverage Business Hotel Rawang

For an overnight transit, the bed and toilet were clean and comfortable. There are places nearby to eat or get a drink at night, and a dobi close by if you need to wash clothes. A convenient store or a vending machine selling a few items nearby would have been nice.

We reserved two rooms. The family room had a nice amount of space, but the standard room was very small. It seemed suited to sleeping in and checking out the next day. The hotel room was neat and clean, and it was a good place to stay.

Some guests smoked in their rooms, and the smell spread through the whole area. I have asthma and coughed all night. When I complained, a staff member just smiled at me. The hotel has signs on every floor banning smoking, but there doesn’t seem to be any enforcement. There was even an ashtray in the room. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Please train the staff better and take health concerns seriously.

The room reeked of smoke, which made the stay unpleasant. The staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful. Even with an empty lobby, she didn’t offer assistance or open the glass door while I was carrying a child and luggage. Very disappointing.
