The room smelled bad, and the staff were unreasonable. They charged me a full day's room rate for checking in at 4 a.m., even though I was staying for eleven consecutive days, then still required me to check out on time. The experience was extremely poor. I'll never stay here again and would advise visitors to avoid it.

The room matched the photos exactly, and toiletries were provided. There was a hot and cold water dispenser just outside, and the WiFi password was on the receipt after paying the deposit. Customer service responded promptly. Check-in is self-service at the entrance, which is upstairs between the shoplots and can be hard to find at first. Bring RM50 in cash for the deposit. Luckily, there's a bank right opposite. There's also an extra RM25 Local Government Tax. Once checked in, take the lift to your floor, scan, and stay. This seems like a good option for a short visit if you don't plan to spend much time in the room.

The staff did respond within an hour by moving me to a room without a window and giving me cockroach spray in case I needed it. Still, room 309 was dirty and poorly maintained, with cockroach shit everywhere. One appeared at midnight and crawled on my arm. The room with a window was noisy because of the f&b and karaoke crowd on the street. The aircond was dirty, and its airflow made the window curtain rustle. The self check-in kiosk also required cash for the deposit. Avoid.

Around 2 a.m., someone tried to open our room door, which was frightening. There were no staff available to help at that hour. The room had no window, and the corridor smelled unpleasant, making the stay uncomfortable. I booked the hotel for my family, but the poor sense of safety and overall experience left us very unhappy. I don't recommend it.
