The room was neat and clean, and there was plenty of parking around the hotel. I stayed one night and had to pay a RM150 check-in deposit, more than the room cost, so come prepared with cash. The lift worked fine, handy if you've got lots of luggage. The AC responded properly to the controller, but the hot shower didn't really work, so I ended up showering in cold water in the morning.

The hotel was very clean, practical, and seemed quite new. It's a little outside town, but easy to get to by car, with parking available. The staff seemed a bit reserved when we arrived, though they paid attention to what we needed. We also felt bad for being nervous after a long trip. It was a good experience, and we'd definitely come back.

It's 8 o'clock and I'm exhausted after coming from KK to this hotel. I'd already booked, and they just said thank you. Is that how you treat customers?

Everything else is the best, but the WiFi is only good at disconnecting.
