The aircond at least gets cold, though I even wondered if it was clean because my body reacted so badly. The rest of the room was rough: sticky floor, filthy toilet, stains all over, dusty curtains and a dusty hanging shelf. I suspect the curtains aren't washed. I was itchy trying to sleep, and the water pressure was awful. The water cut off while I was showering, so I ran to my friend's room to rinse off, but their water was slow too. The rooms are tiny. I'd give zero stars if I could, but 1 is the lowest.

I was turned away at check-in on 19/10/2025 because of a water problem. The receptionist said the booking payment would be refunded, but I still haven't had any update or received it. This feels like a scam, and I won't recommend the hotel to other visitors.

We ended up extending our stay from one day to two. On checkout day, the receptionist noticed me standing outside and invited me to sit in the lobby, which led me to check in again. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were satisfying too, with an electric kettle and complimentary drinks. It's easy to find food nearby, and Aiman mall is close. Thanks for the great service.

The washroom smell reached into the room, and there was no water from the sink tap. The bed had bed bugs and ants. Shower water wasn't hot enough, and the pressure was weak. The air cond didn't cool at all, and the lift was out of service for maintenance. I booked one night, and I won't book here again. Bye!

I booked one night through Agoda for 25th to 26th Oct 2024, then arrived in Kuching from Miri at 3 a.m. There was nobody at reception. I looked in the room near the desk too, but no one was there. I called the hotel 20 times and got no answer. In the end I slept in my car.
