The room was large and faced the river, and the location is handy beside the pasar, bus stop and food court. No complaints about that. But the lifts were broken, so we had to climb four flights of stairs. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and pee. There was no hot water, a broken plug point, just two small packets of toilet paper, and very low water pressure. The showerhead holder was at chest level and wasn't useful. It was the last hotel with rooms available, but it's easily the worst place I've stayed. Keep your expectations low and you'll do OK.

For what it costs, I thought it was worth it. The hotel is old, but my room was clean and spacious, the air-con was cold, and the WiFi worked well. Each floor has a hot and warm water dispenser out in the corridor.

The bedroom is really spacious and the WiFi was very good. The hotel's okay overall, but the toilet needs fixing. Be ready for lots of stairs since there's no lift.

I booked a room for my husband for a few nights while he was away on work, and we were pleased with the stay. The location is quite strategic, and I was surprised by how spacious the room was.

The room smelled awful, and the walls were very dirty. The sheets and pillowcase had dirty stains and smelled, too. The ceilings in both the room and bathroom were leaking, the air conditioner made a terrible noise, and the wardrobe was broken. A terrible stay.
