The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and I slept well. I liked the sleek modern furniture, especially the cabinets with all their drawers, and the bed was comfy. The sink was wider than any I’ve seen at a hotel, which made it handy for washing personal things. Breakfast was simple, with what seemed like healthy options, just right to fuel up in the morning. It’s near the university, though you still need a car or Grab. For food, you’ll need to go elsewhere for almost everything unless you eat at the Indian mamak right next door.

Our room still wasn't ready at 6pm, so the check-in delay was real. The air conditioner, TV, and a few other facilities also weren't working. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I apologize for the argument and any misunderstanding during my stay. I hope housekeeping and room preparation can improve. A bit disappointing, though I'd still recommend it.

After a tiring day of work, I unwound by the pool, and the customer service was helpful and polite. Booking through the official Fox Glenmarie website got me early check-in and late check-out. I stayed here on a business trip and found it comfortable and good value. A handy choice if you're around Shah Alam or Subang.

Housekeeping was unreliable throughout my stay at Fox Hotel Glenmarie from 10-13 May. One day the cleaner started while I was already in the room at 5pm. On the last day, I put out the cleaning sign in the morning, but nobody came by 5pm until I called reception. The room still wasn't ready when I arrived at 4pm Malaysia time on 10 May, and I waited an hour. Used glasses weren't washed, so I had to wash them myself each day, and they wouldn't replace an old glass unless I asked.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable, and for our first stay the experience was mostly satisfactory. We did have to ask for toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sanitary bags, which other hotels we've used had ready in the bathroom. On day three there was no hot water for our shower before checkout, and our daughter nearly couldn't get into her room because the door lock had a problem. I hope management takes these issues seriously. The hotel has good potential.
