The room was huge and suitable for a family, and there was a free bus shuttle. Still, it was dirty and smelled bad. The workers weren't very friendly, but they were willing to help. Breakfast service and food need improvement. Some guests brought their own pork dishes into the restaurant, so cleanliness wasn't at its best. You don't simply get what you pay for here.

I booked here because every other hotel was full during my weekend in Semporna. The room was spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was nice, with a good selection of Malay food, kuihs, and porridge. But the floor was very dirty, and the bathroom cleanliness was still an issue. The shower had a strange burning-plastic smell, and its floor was dirty and mossy. It was decent overall, though there's a lot they could improve.

The toilet smelled awful, and the overpowering fragrance spread through the whole room. Room service was worse. When we called, they said no cleaning staff were available, so in the end they gave us detergent and a brush to clean it ourselves.

I booked by phone, and the staff member was very rude and spoke loudly. The receptionist was unfriendly and barely smiled. The sheets had blood stains, the room wasn't cleaned properly, and the toilet seat was dirty. First and last time here. I wouldn't recommend it, and the price wasn't worth it. Look somewhere else.
