The rooms are fairly basic and a little old, but it's quiet enough to rest. I liked the garden and the large terraces. It's a good base for beach activities in Semporna if you'd rather be away from the crowded city.

It's quite a calm, quiet place, and the owner is kind and helpful. There's a washing machine too. The location is a bit far from town, but that's okay since Semporna traffic isn't too heavy.

We stayed here for several nights to get away from Semporna, which is a ghastly town. The place is on the outskirts, about a 10-minute drive in. Our rooms were simple but nice, and the hosts were friendly. The only real downside was a strange but amusing picture of previous guests being handcuffed and arrested for breaking some rule. Otherwise, recommended.

For our budget, this was just right: clean, quiet, and somewhere we felt very comfortable. The room was simple and very clean, with working AC, a fan, and warm shower water. Sadeed and his family were super hosts, looked after us well, and gave us lots of advice. Five stars from us.

I wanted somewhere not too far from town, and this place is about an 8-10 minute drive, around RM8 by Grab. It's peaceful and serene if you want to sleep or rest away from town. Encik Sadeed is kind and there when you need anything. The room has the basic necessities, including an inside toilet with a heater, air conditioning, and a fan. My stay was peaceful.
