We spent most of our time out diving or snorkeling, so the simple, inexpensive room was fine for us. There's a shared balcony with a table and chairs where you can dry your swim things. The central location is great, just one street from the waterfront, which is useful because Semporna isn't somewhere you'd want to walk around. The main drawback is the back door. It's hard to open and close, so it's better to practice while the office is open.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I booked my airport transportation through them. The place is centrally located, which makes getting around convenient. My room was small but good, clean, and had everything I needed, with a separate bathroom.

The location worked perfectly, with amenities and the boat dock just a short walk away. After a long day of diving, the clean room was a great place to relax. The staff were excellent, spoke good English, and were very helpful.
