The water pressure was so low for two days that I had to bathe using water from the sink. Then on checkout day, before 12 pm, I asked reception for just a small packet of sugar. They told me I couldn't have sugar on my checkout day, even though I was still paying for the service. What? Worst hotel ever. I really hope management does something about this.

The hotel's location is convenient, but I had a very disappointing stay because there were bed bugs in my room. I got several bites during the night and was uncomfortable and slept poorly. Cleanliness and hygiene matter in any accommodation, and I hope management acts quickly on this and improves pest control for future guests.

For the four of us, it was a decent night's stay at about RM65. The room was spacious and clean, and so was the dry toilet floor. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. They supplied hand soap, shampoo and body soap, but no toothbrush or toothpaste.

The hotel is within walking distance of the jetty, but there's no lift. My room had a queen bed for two, though the space was very small and the toilet water pressure was low. I was lucky to be there just for the night before catching an early boat.

They clean the room and replace the towels, and it works as a place to rest and sleep. The bathroom water pressure is very slow, which gets frustrating, and the water heater makes an extremely loud motorcycle-like noise. There is a qiblat direction, water heater and hair dryer. 3 ⭐ ⭐⭐
