The main downside for me was the very limited parking for people who drive. Otherwise, it’s a really good place to stay. The room was clean, and they left a goose- or swan-shaped towel that looked lovely to me. Little things matter. There’s a kitchen and a fairly large hangout area for friends or family. Outside, there’s a small shower area where you can rinse off after the beach or snorkeling before going into the lounge. They also have WiFi, with a separate network on each floor, presumably to avoid overload and lag.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It’s conveniently located near town, easy to reach by Grab, and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

One of the nicest places we stayed in Borneo. The rooms were clean and really nice, and the owner and staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s also not far from the city center.
