Breakfast is included, and the rent is cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there's a kitchen where you can cook seafood, plus a washing machine and powder you can use for free. The location is great, close to the food night street, food court, jetty, pharmacy, convenience stores, supermarket, local market, and more.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, and it was handy being right next to Scuba Junkies. I also liked having tea and coffee facilities and a communal balcony to relax on. The service was helpful when I needed to find a bus to Tawau city, not the airport. Good room, good price, and a good location. The bathroom needs better airflow because it gets musty. Breakfast could be healthier too, maybe with some fruit and vegetables.

The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with cold AC and a hot shower. The TV wasn't working, though, and the staff weren't especially informative, even if they were quick to help when something came up. There is a free washing machine. For the affordable price, the downtown location is worthwhile. It's a bit of a walk to the tourist jetty, but other jetties for island hopping are closer, and there are lots of food options nearby. Simple Asian breakfast, a water dispenser, and a first-floor balcony corridor are also provided.

Nice hotel near the jetty, with a friendly counter staff. The kitchen and washing machine are free to use.
