The dorm facilities were just right, and I really liked the service and the cozy surroundings. If I'm in JB again, I'd personally book this hotel again. I really recommend it.

The air conditioner barely cools the room, and loud traffic from the road comes through with little to no sound insulation. The room was also dirty and poorly maintained, with lots of cockroaches crawling around.

I booked a room with a bathtub, but it faced the main road. The motorcyclists in Malaysia seemed to compete to make the loudest noise, so the night was unpleasant.

Cozy and clean, and the price is affordable. Definitely recommend it.

The staff service was great, but the room itself was dirty. There were stains all over the wall and ants on it, and the pillow looked old and yellow with a strange smell. The noise cancellation was poor too.
