I’m certain I left a clothing item in the room, and I told the hotel straight away. They said they “couldn’t find anything.” That response really hurt my trust in their housekeeping and internal procedures. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how lost items are handled.

For a short rest, the room is okay, especially at the cheap price, particularly if you book through Trivago. But the cleanliness needs work. The towel looked unsafe to use on any part of your body, and there was no toilet paper or soap in the toilet.

I got the address wrong and confused this with the other hotel in kota warisan. This one is a little further inside the area, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here alone. It does have a lift and free parking, which was nice. They didn’t provide us with a praying mat.

It’s close to the airport. For a transit, it may be fair to leave your luggage here and spend a tour inside Kuala Lumpur city, about 50-60 mins away. The rooms need maintenance, and the service isn’t the best.

We managed to get a few hours of rest before our 4am airport transfer, so it did the job. The room smelled really bad, though, and we couldn’t adjust the AC. It was relatively clean, so I wouldn’t call it a 1 star stay, but I still wouldn’t recommend it. Maybe we just got unlucky with the room. We were tired and didn’t ask to move or ask about the AC.
