Jinhold Hotel & Serviced Apartment

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was very tasty, and the staff were all friendly and hospitable. Our serviced apartment was spotless and very large for 6 adults. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, plus there was another toilet by the kitchen. The whole hotel feels warm and aesthetic. I'd definitely stay again if I stop by Miri :)

The receptionist didn't seem professional or well trained for a 4/5 stars hotel, and at checkout at 6am they took the key as if nothing had happened. There was no apology. At midnight the air conditioning broke down with a burning smell. A technician couldn't fix it at 2-3 AM, so I was asked to move one level up. That room hadn't been made up, with a full dustbin and cigarette butts on the toilet bowl. I asked to move again, and they transferred me another level up. By then I had only 1 hour before checkout, after managing just 2-3 hours of sleep through the whole eventful night. I'm sure I won't come back.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were attentive and ready to help with any requests. I spent some time here on a business trip and got to know the staff well. A perfect hotel for me. Thanks for the wonderful time, I look forward to coming back.

Even with the busy Iftar dinner, everyone kept smiling and paying attention to guests. The warm, cosy atmosphere really came through, and the hospitality tonight was great. Special thanks to Haffis from Mak Restaurant for sorting out our last-minute booking. The sales manager even took the time to introduce me to him afterwards. He's a humble yet confident young man. I really appreciated the wonderful service!
