The toilet had only a curtain instead of a door, which raised hygiene concerns, and the main door had no lock. I ended up wedging a chair against it, like in a village or a movie. There was someone else's slipper in the room and a big hole in the ceiling, too. The stairs had no lights, and I saw the hotel was supposedly under renovation, but nothing seemed to have been done. The air conditioning was awful and not cold at all. I called staff and was told to wait, then they moved me to a room where the AC worked. But that room's water heater didn't work. Before check-in I'd asked whether the heater worked and the staff member said in Malay, "that room's water can be used." It seemed like some rooms had working AC but no heater, and others the reverse. The water flow was so slow that it barely felt like a shower. I was there at 2 or 3am and only rested for 3-4hours because I didn't want to miss my flight and the hotel was near KLIA. It was a huge disappointment that a place like this could still operate. They'd be better off closing for renovations, or just shutting for good. Don't stay here.

I booked three days, but could only manage one night and checked out the next morning. It was a complete waste of time and money. The place smelled awful everywhere, including the rooms, and was very dirty. The front desk man first gave me a room I hadn't booked. It was small, filthy, and strongly smelled of mold. I complained and was moved to another room, but that wasn't acceptable either. The photos don't match reality at all, and my experience was terrible. This "hotel" felt like a complete scam, and the closest thing I can imagine to what a prison would be like. Don't stay here.

The smell was so bad that I left just a few minutes after arriving. The bed was full of ants, there were cockroaches everywhere, and nothing was clean. Coming here was the worst decision, and it's not worth even 1 ringir. This is the worst hotel you could visit, and I absolutely don't recommend it. Believe me, go to any hotel in the world instead of this trash.

There was cat poop by the main stairs when I arrived, and I nearly stepped in it. I told the receptionist, but he just looked like he didn't care. He was rude and didn't understand local people or English. There was no iron in the room and no light on the stairs. The air conditioning was only fair and took 30 minutes to cool down because it was so old. The water flow was extremely slow, so it hardly felt like a shower. I saw the hotel was under renovation, but nothing seemed to have been done. If you read this, avoid the place at all costs. It isn't worth it even at a lower price.
