Napzone KLIA T2

We were a group of 11 and had a deeply upsetting experience at Napzone KLIA in the early hours of 14 November 2025. Our flights were delayed and we were exhausted, but the receptionist was extremely rude and hostile. She spoke harshly, snatched our passports, and repeatedly told us to “go back to your country.” We didn’t feel safe or welcome, so we chose not to use the service and slept on the airport floors instead. Later, four of us, including me, came down with viral fever, likely because of the stress and lack of rest. It was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I’ve had, especially in a country known for warmth and tourism. I hope management takes this seriously so other travelers don’t face the same treatment.

The sleeping pods were cleaner, more comfortable, and more spacious than I expected. It’s a great place to rest between flights, right above the departure hall. There are no shower facilities, but I’d still stay here again for a long layover.

Really quiet and relaxing, with a super soft bed and pillow. A great place for a short rest and a good sleep before my flight. Loved it!

A nice budget option for a transit stop, but it basically just gives you a bunk. When I asked for water, the front desk lady told me to find a familymart. Very nice of her!
