The location worked well, with restaurants, a mall, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the price was good for what I got. I liked having a pool table to pass the time. Phone reception inside the homestay was really weak, but the Wi-Fi was fast.

Check-in and parking were straightforward, unlike at some other apartments. The room had all the amenities and was in a really strategic location. My only small issue was the key, which was tight and took some effort to insert and remove. Otherwise, everything was great.

After a long flight, the studio gave my daughter, husband, and me a comfortable place to rest. My toddler gets cranky when tired, kan, and I also had a tight course schedule, so having a relaxing space mattered. The studio was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and smelled fresh. It had a washing machine, microwave, kettle, basic kitchen utensils, fridge, Wi-Fi, Netflix, iron and ironing board, and other basics, so it felt like home. Parking was easy to access and secure. Everything nearby made the stay convenient: a mall, fast food, self-service laundry, a mini market, plenty of restaurants and cafes, plus night market or food truck options around the parking lot. The owner was kind and helpful, easy to reach, and gave clear, simple instructions. This exceeded my expectations. I’m leaving a positive review because I’ll definitely book again.

The homestay was very clean and cozy, and check-in was easy with clear instructions from the owner. There’s a lift, a pool on level 7, and a snooker table in the homestay. It’s also close to Kip Mall and other retail shops. Everything suited us well, highly recommend.
