Everything looks great, but the toilet smells bad, and there’s no hand soap in the room. The shower water flow is very weak, so it’s hard to get a proper shower.

The rooms are straightforward, nice and simple, and worked well for our overnight before flying the next morning. We checked in quite late without any problem. A hotel staff member gave us a lift to the airport early and was great, charging much less than a taxi.

The receptionists were helpful with our luggage and arranging the shuttle. We chose this hotel because it offers an airport shuttle, though you have to pay for it. The room was great, but there was a very strong cigarette smell when we arrived, and the toilet wall was a bit dirty. The cigarette smell was the only real downside. If you don’t mind it, I’d recommend the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. I was impressed from the time I arrived through check-out, and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is clean and in a very good spot near the station. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way for us. Ms. Fatihah especially helped with our request for a Level 1 room because of health issues. We highly recommend the hotel and will be back soon.
