I paid for two nights, but the hotel cancelled my booking after taking the money. When I emailed asking for a refund, they said the booking had been successful, even though I never got a confirmation email. I want my RM125 refunded. Please check your email, this is urgent.

The service was good. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the staff could advise us about parking rates and airport shuttle services. The location is a little far away, but still close enough to catch a flight. The room is fine for a few hours during a layover. I wouldn’t recommend staying overnight unless you’re on a strict budget.

The staff were lovely, and the room had a great shower, a big cable TV, and strong air conditioning. They provided toiletries and a towel. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the people were friendly. A taxi to the airport costs about the same as Grab. Perfect stay for the price, as always. Thanks for having me 💐

Two cockroaches were right there when I opened the door, and the stains on the bedsheet were really off-putting. Worst hotel I’ve ever come across.

I booked a superior room for a family member after a long, tiring journey, hoping they’d be able to get some proper rest. Instead, they were met with mould on the wall, stained sheets, dust, and an unpleasant smell. Looking at what we found and the reviews going back to now, it seems management hasn’t done much to improve the rooms or the hotel’s atmosphere. Such a waste of money, definitely not worth it.
