Suria Seremban Hotel

Cockroaches were crawling out from the desk, under the bed, and around the toilet door frame. That was the last straw, so we checked out the same night we arrived. Before that, we’d found the room only partly renovated and partly dirty, with a sagging mattress and old bedding whose colour had changed. The towels were badly worn and such an awful colour that it looked like they were never replaced. I asked the front desk for a better room and was told they were all in the same condition. When I requested new towels and an extra one for our toddler, I was told all the towels were alike and each room was limited to two. I don’t recommend staying here at all, and I really want to report this to KDNKK and hotel association of Malaysia. The lift also had a very musty smell.

There’s plenty of parking, a lift, and the location is handy for shops, restaurants, and Palm Mall. The room was quite big and had a bed, bathroom, free drinking water, instant coffee, TV, Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe. It’s a cheap budget hotel for a temporary solo stay, but I wouldn’t suggest it for families or a long visit. You get what you pay for and what you’d expect from a budget place, though. My room smelled, and the towel, bedsheet, and bathroom were dirty. The receptionist auntie was grumpy and asked for a RM50 deposit.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with lots of food options close by and a really convenient location. Great value for a budget-friendly stay in Seremban, highly recommended.

The room was a nightmare. It smelled terrible, the floor was very slippery, and there were no slippers or floor mat. I actually fell after bathing. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled awful too. The air conditioner didn’t cool at all, and a chunk of tissue had been shoved into it to keep it from shutting off. The front desk admin was the other major problem. She didn’t greet us or thank us, stared without smiling, and was rude when we asked about the rate. She acted like we were staying for free and didn’t tell us the necessary details. Completely useless. She shouldn’t be doing customer service, and they should hire someone welcoming.
