To the Management of Hotel Seri Malaysia Seremban (Sungai Ujong), My stay on 16 November was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I paid RM183 and deeply regret choosing your hotel. I hope management acts seriously and immediately before its reputation gets worse. Please don’t cheat customers like this. There was no water from 6:41 a.m. until we checked out at 12 noon. I was shocked to hear the maintenance team doesn’t work on Sundays. What happens if something serious goes wrong over the weekend? Who takes charge? This shows a major management failure. Around 10:00 a.m., a housekeeping staff member came, said he didn’t know what was happening, and gave us two buckets of water for our whole family. That was unreasonable and showed no proper planning or support for guests. The hotel was also dirty, with dust everywhere, so cleanliness and hygiene clearly weren’t being maintained. There’s no lift either, which makes the place unsuitable for disabled people, pregnant women, or elderly guests. My parents, aged 71 and 76, had to climb the stairs to the second floor. My mother had trouble breathing during the night, and my father has a heart condition, so this put their health at real risk. Several staff saw me carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs five times, but none offered help. I’m a woman, and their lack of common sense, empathy, and basic hospitality left a terrible impression of the hotel’s service culture and reputation.
