D' Art Gallery Hotel

Basic hygiene should be a priority for guests’ comfort and safety, but I found the cleanliness below expectations. The toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the bedsheet looked as if it hadn’t just been changed. I was here for a short stay, and the experience was disappointing.

I wouldn’t come back. The room’s condition, comfort, and cleanliness all need attention, and my stay wasn’t pleasant. I hope management takes feedback from customers seriously and improves its standards.

The staff made me feel welcome from check-in onward. Everyone I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I also slept really well: the bed was very comfy, the pillows were great, and the air conditioning kept the room nicely cold in the heat. The room itself is on the cozy side, but the bathroom is surprisingly roomy and well equipped. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the water heater delivered steady hot water. The in-room amenities seem thoughtfully chosen. Getting food, drinks, or shopping nearby was the main drawback. The hotel feels isolated, surrounded by shoplots that are closed or abandoned, so there aren’t convenient options within walking distance. Still, my stay at Citrine Hotel was overwhelmingly positive, and I’d give it a solid four stars.

It’s close to UTP, but the room felt like a motel. The bedsheet wasn’t very clean, and there were a few bed bugs. There was no toothbrush, just very basic supplies. They also charged an extra rm3 for service, and I don’t know what that was for.
