The location is convenient, but after checking in on 4 February, I had problems in all three rooms. Room 108 had stained bedsheets and an unclean toilet, so I asked staff to change the sheets and then move us. In room 116, there was urine on the toilet seat cover and red marks on the sheets. The air conditioner wasn't cooling, and staff member Iman said it was a laundry problem. We moved again to room 109, which also wasn't clean. I asked for it to be cleaned, but the sheets still had marks and the air conditioner still only blew air. A night shift staff member came, but didn't comment and asked housekeeping to check. The problem wasn't fixed. None of the three rooms had a working, cooling air conditioner, and the toilets weren't clean. I booked because of the reviews, but now I doubt the good ones. I wonder how guests are being checked into these rooms. Please look into this.

I expected basic conditions at a budget hotel and have put up with minor cleanliness problems before, but bed bugs are a serious hygiene and health issue. There’s no excuse for that. Guests pay to sleep, not spend the night being bitten, and this was completely unacceptable. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites. There were MANY bed bugs on the bed, and my skin was swollen, itchy, and very uncomfortable. It ruined both my night and my trip. I told the staff right away, but all I got was a verbal apology. They didn't change my room, follow up, or take any real action. That showed no concern or responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by how they handled it. If comfort and hygiene matter to you, think twice before staying here.

The stay was pleasant, and the room was comfortable. The air conditioner didn't cool very effectively, though. It might work better if it were placed closer to the middle.

The location is a strong point, within walking distance of AEON Mall Taman Equine, and the place has elevator access, cashless payment, and surprisingly fast WiFi. It's a convenient, no-frills pit stop if you care more about location and staying connected than luxury. Just be aware that check-in requires a refundable security deposit. Surprisingly, it was RM20.
